Loaded Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Rotini Pasta
  • 1/3 cups Chopped Carrot
  • 1/3 cups Chopped Red Pepper
  • 1-1/3 cup Chopped Brocolli
  • 4 Chopped Scallions
  • 10 ounces, weight Cheese, Cubed (Colby Jack Is My Favorite)
  • 6 slices Bacon, Fully Cooked, Crumbled
  • 2 cups Lite Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning Or Dill

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions and allow to cool completely. Add carrots, peppers, broccoli, scallions, cheese and bacon, stirring together.
  2. Mix in Italian dressing, and sprinkle seasoning on top. Chill until ready to serve.
