Lobster Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cooked lobster
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Chill and form into bite-size balls.
  3. Keep well chilled until party time. Stick a thin 2-inch pretzel into each ball for an edible handle when ready to serve.
  4. Yields 25 to 30 balls.
