- Combine in a bowl lobster meat. onion, mayonaise and pepper to taste.
- Prepare salsa by chopping tomatoes, onion and peppers, add
- salt and pepper to taste.
- Make guacamole by mashing avocado.
- Fill tortillas with lobster mixture and roll like taco and seal with toothpick.
- Heat oil and fry the taco. Serve hot.
- In the table you will have the avocado and the salsa ready.
