Instructions
- Mix flour, salt & sugar.
- Mix yeast and water together and pour onto flour mixture.
- Add oil & beaten eggs.
- Knead dough and cover. One hour later, knead again.
- Let sit for another hour.
- Repeat this process 3 more times.
- The last time you knead the dough, let it rest for 2 hours.
- Then form buns on a greased cookie sheet and cover with towels until the next morning.
- Bake uncovered in the morning at 350° for 12 mins. or longer.
