Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 c. warm water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 9-10 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt & sugar.
  2. Mix yeast and water together and pour onto flour mixture.
  3. Add oil & beaten eggs.
  4. Knead dough and cover. One hour later, knead again.
  5. Let sit for another hour.
  6. Repeat this process 3 more times.
  7. The last time you knead the dough, let it rest for 2 hours.
  8. Then form buns on a greased cookie sheet and cover with towels until the next morning.
  9. Bake uncovered in the morning at 350° for 12 mins. or longer.
