Ingredients

  • 1 baked, cooled pie crust
  • 3 Tbsp strawberry jello
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Cook the strawberry jello, cornstarch, sugar, and water over medium heat until thickened.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Arrange fresh, sliced strawberries in the baked, cooled pie crust.
  4. Pour the cooled mixture over the strawberries in the pie shell.
  5. Chill the pie until set.
  6. Serve topped with Cool Whip.
