Ingredients

  • 8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
  3. Makes 1 cup.
