Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn (2 cups cooked corn kernels)
  • 1 medium tomatoes
  • 14 sweet onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 14 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. mix all the ingredients together except for cilantro and lime juice.
  2. then add the cilantro and lime juice.
  3. refrigerate and serve.
