Ingredients

  • 1 (fat free) angel food cake
  • 1 large box sugar free vanilla instant pudding
  • Skim milk
  • 1 can lite strawberry or cherry pie filling
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 container lite Cool Whip
  • 2 or 3 bananas
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the angel food cake into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the sugar-free vanilla instant pudding with skim milk according to package instructions.
  3. Layer the cake, pudding, drained crushed pineapple, sliced bananas, lite pie filling, and lite Cool Whip in a serving dish, creating two layers.
