Lower Fat Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. If needed, put your pie crust into a pie plate.
  3. Fill your pie crust with sliced peaches.
  4. Whip the egg in a bowl.
  5. Add the flour and sugar.
  6. This will appear thick.
  7. Let it sit for a minute or 2.
  8. Pour it over the peaches.
  9. It will not completely cover the peaches.
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  11. Then turn down the heat to 300 degrees and bake for 50 more minutes.
  12. If needed, shield the crust with foil in the last 15 or so minutes.
  13. Serve warm or cold.
