Ingredients

  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle and press into a greased muffin cup.
  3. Combine tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; spoon 1 teaspoon into each cup.
  4. Top each with 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 tablespoon of shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
