Ingredients

  • 2 boxes instant pudding
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 9 oz Cool Whip
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons oleo
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the unsweetened chocolate and oleo (butter). Add the milk, Karo syrup, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Stir well.
  2. Spread the chocolate mixture over a layer of graham crackers in a dish.
  3. Repeat layers if desired, then top with Cool Whip.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 days before serving.
