Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and let stand for 24 hours.
  2. Roll in aluminum foil.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  4. Roll like summer sausage.
