Decadent macadamia and coconut clusters combine crunchy toasted coconut, rich chocolates, and roasted macadamia nuts for a sweet, nutty treat perfect for sharing or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. milk chocolate
  • 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped, lightly salted, roasted Macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and toast the shredded coconut on a cookie sheet for about 7 minutes, stirring several times to prevent burning.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate together until smooth.
  3. Combine the toasted coconut and chopped macadamia nuts in a bowl.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of melted chocolate over the coconut and nuts, then stir to coat evenly.
  5. Spoon clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets and allow to set until firm.
