Macadamia Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry roasted macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. If the mixture is too wet, add some more flour. If it's too dry, add more milk.
  3. Fry the pancakes in butter.
  4. Serve with maple syrup and cream.
