Ingredients

  • 1 smoked picnic shoulder
  • 1 qt. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bottle hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Trim all fat and skin off shoulder that you can.
  2. Place in a slow cooker with half bottle of vinegar and 1/8 bottle of hot sauce.
  3. Let cook on low overnight, or about 8 hours.
  4. Drain all juice and put other half bottle of vinegar and 1/8 bottle of hot sauce.
  5. Cook about 4 hours or until you are ready to eat.
