Instructions
- Trim all fat and skin off shoulder that you can.
- Place in a slow cooker with half bottle of vinegar and 1/8 bottle of hot sauce.
- Let cook on low overnight, or about 8 hours.
- Drain all juice and put other half bottle of vinegar and 1/8 bottle of hot sauce.
- Cook about 4 hours or until you are ready to eat.
