- Saute meat.
- Saute onion, garlic and herbs.
- Combine meat, onion mixture, zucchini and crushed tomatoes in a large saucepan. Simmer 2 to 4 hours.
- This freezes well.
- To serve, add tomato sauce and simmer while cooking macaroni.
- Toss pasta with sauce and serve.
