Ingredients

  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
  • 6 oz. package orange Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pint orange sherbet

Instructions

  1. Drain the mandarin oranges and measure the juice into a measuring cup.
  2. Add water to the mandarin orange juice to make 1 cup total liquid.
  3. Dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water.
  4. Add the measured liquid to the dissolved gelatin and stir well.
  5. Add the orange sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Chill the mixture until it thickens.
  7. Fold in the drained mandarin oranges and chill until set.
