Instructions
- Drain the mandarin oranges and measure the juice into a measuring cup.
- Add water to the mandarin orange juice to make 1 cup total liquid.
- Dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water.
- Add the measured liquid to the dissolved gelatin and stir well.
- Add the orange sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Chill the mixture until it thickens.
- Fold in the drained mandarin oranges and chill until set.
