Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 c. drained corn
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 each: red and green or yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. salsa
  • 1/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Toss main ingredients and fruit in large bowl.
  2. Mix salad dressing with salsa.
  3. Combine fruit mixture and salsa, dressing mixture.
  4. Yield 6 servings.
