Ingredients

  • 6 oz. lemon jello
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 15 oz. can sliced mangos

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Add lemon jello and cook for one minute, stirring until dissolved.
  3. In a blender or food processor, combine cream cheese, sliced mangos, and the juice from the can.
  4. Blend until very, very smooth.
  5. Pour the mango and cream cheese mixture into the dissolved jello and stir until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
