Ingredients

  • 2 c. Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 c. Shredded Unpeeled Red Apples
  • 1/2 c. Chopped Peanuts
  • 1 tsp. Grated Onions
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Dash of Salt
  • 2/3 c. Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill one hour or more.
  2. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
