Ingredients

  • 6 quarts water
  • 1 cup kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons ground mustard
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hot red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary

Instructions

  1. boil all to dissolve. chill to temp of ribs before adding meat.
