Ingredients

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 2 cups nonfat liquid milk
  • dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon maple flavoring
  • artificial sweetener to equal 6 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine beaten eggs, nonfat liquid milk, a dash of salt, maple flavoring, and artificial sweetener in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into 4 individual baking dishes.
  3. Set the baking dishes in a pan with 1 inch of hot water to create a water bath.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
