Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons light maple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Mix water and milk together. Cook oatmeal. Stir in 1tbsp syrup and eggwhite. Pour the remaining syrup on top.
