Maple Graham Crisps

- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with mixer until creamy.
- Then beat in egg and maple flavoring. Add graham cracker crumbs and flour, blending thoroughly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- Makes about 4 dozen.
