Instructions
- Boil syrup until it forms a thread.
- Beat egg whites until stiff, adding syrup slowly until icing is cold and thick.
- Add baking powder during last part of beating.
- Sufficient for icing and filling for 9-inch layer cake.
- Delicious!!
