Ingredients

  • 3 large white onions
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages white mushrooms
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1/2 lb. prosciutto or ham
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut onions, garlic, and prosciutto into strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and prosciutto until onions are translucent.
  3. Cook mushrooms in salted water until tender; drain and add to the onion mixture.
  4. Add salt or pepper to taste.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and stop cooking.
