Ingredients

  • 1 Squash, halved and diced
  • 1 Zucchini, halved and diced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/3 red cabbage diced
  • 1 dash garlic, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet and add margarine.
  2. When melted, add the veggies.
  3. Saute veggies and add salt and garlic.
  4. Saute until tender crisp.
  5. Enjoy!!
