Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • sugar
  • 2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 Tbsp. orange liqueur or orange juice
  • 1 small pkg. Jello lime gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dip rims of 4 to 6 dessert glasses in lime juice; then dip in sugar and let dry.
  2. Combine thawed Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk, and orange liqueur; blend well.
  3. Dissolve lime Jello gelatin in boiling water.
  4. Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and chill until slightly thickened.
  5. Fold the gelatin mixture into the Cool Whip mixture.
  6. Spoon the mixture into prepared glasses.
  7. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
  8. Garnish with lime twists, if desired.
