Ingredients

  • 4 apples, sliced thin

  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Place sliced apples in an 8 x 8-inch greased baking pan and sprinkle with 4 Tbsp. water.
  2. In a bowl, mix 2/3 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 4 Tbsp. butter until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle the dry mixture over the apples.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 30 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is brown.
