Ingredients

  • antelope or venison roast or round steak
  • flavored tenderizer salt
  • 1 can onion soup

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat in water with a little vinegar added.
  2. Soak the meat if it is bloody.
  3. Sprinkle flavored tenderizer salt over the meat.
  4. Puncture deeply into the roast with a fork to let the tenderizer penetrate.
  5. Let the tenderizer salt stand on the meat for an hour before roasting.
  6. Pour a can of onion soup over the meat.
  7. Roast until the meat is done.
  8. Add pepper and more salt to taste.
