Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless turkey breasts
  • 12 oz. beer
  • hickory salt

Instructions

  1. Score the turkey breasts.
  2. Place the turkey breasts in a large plastic container.
  3. Pour beer over the turkey breasts.
  4. Generously sprinkle hickory salt over the turkey.
  5. Let the turkey marinate for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature.
  6. Remove the turkey from the marinade and place on the grill.
  7. Lightly sprinkle additional hickory salt on the turkey.
  8. Grill for 20 to 25 minutes or until the turkey is browned.
