Instructions
- Score the turkey breasts.
- Place the turkey breasts in a large plastic container.
- Pour beer over the turkey breasts.
- Generously sprinkle hickory salt over the turkey.
- Let the turkey marinate for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature.
- Remove the turkey from the marinade and place on the grill.
- Lightly sprinkle additional hickory salt on the turkey.
