Ingredients

  • 1 dozen large or jumbo eggs
  • 1/4 lb Genoa salami
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs, peel, and cool.
  2. Cut eggs in half to be filled. Save the yolks to add to the filling mixture.
  3. Mix the yolks with chopped Genoa salami, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise to create the filling.
  4. Stuff the egg whites with the prepared filling.
  5. Keep refrigerated until serving.
  6. Serve on a platter.
