Ingredients

  • 2 cups 7-Up, Sprite or Sauterne wine
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Kikkoman soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Buy a whole turkey breast; remove all skin and bone.
  2. Cut the turkey into pieces about the size of your hand.
  3. Refrigerate the turkey in the marinade for at least 8 hours or up to 48 hours.
  4. The longer it marinates, the less cooking time it takes.
