Ingredients

  • 4 cups carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, chopped
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • snipped parsley, if desired (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine carrots, orange juice, ginger and marmalade in 1 1/2 quart casserole Dot with butter.
  2. Bake uncovered@ 350F 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
