Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 cups rhubarb, diced
  • water
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (your choice flavor)
  • 1 small can pineapple

Instructions

  1. Dice the rhubarb and add a little water.
  2. Cook until the rhubarb is tender.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Jell-O powder while still hot.
  4. Stir in the small can of crushed pineapple.
  5. Allow to cool and set before serving.
