Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups whole milk
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2. Grease popover pans or muffin tins.
  3. 3. Beat eggs with electric mixer until frothy. Add milk and butter, mix well.
  4. 4. Add flour and salt, mix just until combined.
  5. 5. Divide among prepared cups, filling slightly less than half full.
  6. 6. Bank for 45-55 minutes, or until puffy and well browned. Serve immediately.
