- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Grease popover pans or muffin tins.
- 3. Beat eggs with electric mixer until frothy. Add milk and butter, mix well.
- 4. Add flour and salt, mix just until combined.
- 5. Divide among prepared cups, filling slightly less than half full.
- 6. Bank for 45-55 minutes, or until puffy and well browned. Serve immediately.
