Ingredients

  • 8 c. apples
  • rind and juice of one orange
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2-3 Tbsp sugar
  • topping
  • 2c b. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c flour

Instructions

  1. I make the topping in the food processor and pat it on top of the apples
  2. Bake in a greased pan at 350 until crispy and golden, about 45min - 1 hour
