Triple Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/3 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. Mix white sugar, butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add flour; mix until blended. Add chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and butterscotch chips. Pour into the pie shell.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until top is firm and golden, about 1 hour.
