  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef (may use a little onion if desired).
