  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 large lemon or lime Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together with an electric beater until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a prepared pie crust.
  3. Refrigerate until set.
  4. Poke air holes with toothpicks to release any trapped air.
