Ingredients

  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 c. onions
  • 2 large cans tomatoes
  • 2 large cans tomato paste
  • 1 c. water
  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Simmer all ingredients together for a couple hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Skim fat off top.
