Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute (blend until very fine)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat margarine.
  2. Mix in splenda, cornstarch and matcha.
  3. Slowly mix in milk, almond extract and vanilla extract.
  4. Use additional milk if icing seems too thick.
