Ingredients

  • 4 Matza Sheets
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Hold the Matza sheets under warm water to soften and then crumble them into a microwavable bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the crumbled Matza in the bowl and mix well.
  4. Microwave the mixture for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through if desired.
