Instructions
- Place the above in medium saucepan, stirring often and heat to soft ball stage, 234 to 240° on candy thermometer.
- Add 4 large marshmallows, cut in small pieces or 40 small marshmallows, 3 Tbsp. butter (not margarine), 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 cups pecans and stir until marshmallows are melted.
- Drop on buttered wax paper. Leave until set and very cool.
- Place in covered tin with wax paper between layers. Enjoy!
- You must have a candy thermometer.
