Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Mazola oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 7 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
  2. Add Mazola oil, sugar, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add sifted all-purpose flour, one cup at a time, until well blended, using an electric mixer if desired.
  4. Save a little flour for kneading and knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size, about 3 to 4 hours.
