Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground hamburger
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Form into small balls.
  2. Place on cookie sheet to bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Turn after 15 minutes.
