Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 14-12 cup barbecue sauce (or worchester sauce)
  • 1 cup of chopped potato
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can beef consomme or 1 (8 ounce) canbeef broth plus one can water

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef and onions seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Add in most of the bbq sauce.
  3. In crock pot put frozen veggies, tomato, and potato.
  4. in separate bowl mix beef broth, water and any extra bbq sauce (to your taste).
  5. pour beef and onions over veggies and pour beef broth mixture over everything.
  6. cook on low for about 8 hours or less depending on your crock pot.
