Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • cherry tomatoes
  • courgette
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop up all of your vegetables and put into a dish
  2. Crush 2-3 cloves of garlic and mix with your vegtables
  3. Spray enough olive oil to cover the vegetables and then put into the oven until cooked.
