Melinda'S Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 large potatoes, peeled and quartered lengthwise
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine in Ziploc bag the last 4 ingredients.
  2. Melt the margarine in a large baking dish.
  3. Rinse and drain the potatoes. Shake the potatoes in "flour mixture."
  4. Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes on each side.
