- 1. In a medium bowl, sprinkle gelatin onto the concentrated juice. Let stand for 1 minute; stir. Wait 1 minute, then add boiling water. Stir mixture for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Place fruit into cleaned melon halves. Pour gelatin mixture over fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Slice each melon half into 3 wedges.
